Terms and conditions

Except as differently and expressly provided in other specifics dispositions, the terms listed below have in the present General Sale Conditions, the meaning attributed to them in the following definitions:

“Working Day” or “Working Days” mean the days in which our offices are opened for the normal activities (generally every days from 9.00 to 18.00, Saturday and Sunday excluded, the holidays and others exceptional circumstances of which we will give you timely news on this website).

“Reasons of force majeure” means situations resulting (directly o indirectly) from any strikes, fires, floods, proved impossibility to get the products, materials or services, failure, delay from suppliers or from courier, law or government regulations or every cause or event that is beyond our control. The above is provided just as an example title. Other events exist that may have a force majeure character.


The presents General Sales Conditions have as object the purchase of products on SupremeSpain carried out remotely through telematic network on the site www.supremespain.com belonging to Elechim Sports sl – Carrer de Muntaner 379 - Barcelona (Spain). These purchases are reserved to Customers direct users. Every purchase operation will be regulated by the provisions pursuant to D.Lgs. 185/99 and, for what concerns the protection of privacy will be submitted to the legislation pursuant to D.Lgs. 196/03.


By sending the online order, the client transmits to Supreme Spain a product/s purchase proposal inserted in the cart. When the client make a on-line order for the products put in the cart, he agrees to purchase them at the price and terms indicated in the present “General Sales Conditions”. Supreme Spain will send a order agreement and confirmation e-mail to the client including the number, the date and the total amount of the order. If, for any reasons, Supreme Spain wasn’t able to accept the order of the client (for one of the cases listed below, he will communicate it immediately to the client through the site itself.

Particularly, Supreme Spain won’t accept orders:

  • If the material, when ordering, is not available in the warehouse
  • If the client credit card issuer doesn’t confirm the payment.

However, Supreme Spain, reserves the right not to accept the order, at is discretion.


The presents “General Sales Conditions” must be examinated online by the client before sending its order. The submission of the order therefore implies its total knowledge and its full acceptance. The customer undertakes and obliges, once concluded the online purchase procedure, to print and maintain the presents General Sales Conditions, already viewed and accepted during the purchase process in order to satisfy in full the conditions pursuant to article 3 and 4 del D.Lgs. n. 185/1999.


The prices shown on this site are the sales prices currently in force. In the case of the price of the ordered goods was reported by Supreme Spain in a discordant way, the order could be canceled at any time by Supreme Spain or by the customer as long as before sending the goods, and it will be possible to re-order the products at the correct sale price.


The payment of purchased products and related shipping costs should be made by the customer at the time of placing the order through the use of one of the credit cards available and indicated online, upon the receipt of the goods through countersign or through bank transfer. In that case Supreme Spain will process the order when he receives the bank transfer. Supreme Spain isn’t responsible for any fraudulent and illegal credit card use that can be done by third parties at the time of the payment of the purchased products.


In case of the acceptance of the order, it is clarified that:

  • For the order accepted on the site before 16.00 of a working day, the shipping of the goods normally takes place the same day.
  • For orders received after 16.00, the goods will be shipped the next working day.
  • If the order took place in a non- working day, the goods will, in any case, be shipped the first following working day.

Exceptions may occur in case of Force Majeure events. The goods will be shipped through a courier service at home. Shipping means the goods delivered by the courier. Delivery times described during the purchase process on the website depend from the shipping way used and on the weight and dimensions of the products purchased. The courier will deliver the goods only against a signature confirming the receipt of the same.

In the case of the goods, shipped by the courier, won’t arrive within the established term, the customer could contact Supreme Spain at the customer care's mail shown on this website.

In the case of the goods haven’t been delivered due to the impossibility of the customer to receive it, the latter must, firstly, contact the courier through the references left by the courier for cases of non-receipt goods, and in case of this operation was not possible, the Customer Care number shown on the website.


If the delivery didn’t take place within the agreed times or the courier in charge didn’t provide to deliver the goods within the expected delivery times, Supreme Spain will contact the customer as soon as possible and, according to the needs of the latter, it will try to establish another delivery time. If no agreement can be reached, Supreme Spain will refund to the Customer the full amount. If the short-time delivery is essential, we recommend the Customer to purchase the products in advance.


Pursuant to the article 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (means a physical person who buys goods for purpose not related to his business or professional activity), he has the right to withdraw from the sale contract for any reason, with no need to give explanations and without penalty. To exercise this right, the customer should contact the customer care and follow the instructions that the operator will provide him and send a communication to info@supremespain.com, within 15 working days. Once we received the mentioned withdrawal communication, Supreme Spain will quickly inform the customer about the details on how to return the goods.

Which single burden, and if the error did not depend on a fact attributable to Supreme Spain, the customer must bear the costs of returning goods. The goods must be returned intact and in the original packaging, completed with all its parts and without any damage. When the goods arrive to our warehouse, it will be examinated and if there are damages or tampering, the withdrawal can be exercised.

Supreme Spain will provide to refund the full amount already paid to the client within the terms of the law. The refund will be done by crediting the amount due on the credit card, on the bank account or on paypal card used by the customer to purchase the item. Customer will promptly provide to Supreme Spain the information needed for a correct refund procedure.


Every Complaint must be addressed directly to Supreme Spain, prior contact with the customer service or e-mail to the dedicated address findable on the site.

Supreme Spain undertakes to answer to complaints within 5 working days.


Replacing a product is always possible.

First of all, you must inform our customer care at the mail info@supremespain.com that you want to change your articles. In the e-mail, you must write the SKU code (article code), the color and the size of the item you want to receive.
If the product is in our warehouse, it will be kept for a maximum of 2 weeks in order to correctly replace it and avoid stock-outs at the time of delivery.
Subsequently, the customer can send the product he wants to replace to Supreme Spain (Calle Avinyo 8-10 Barcelona 08002) and, once the package has been returned and judged as saleable, we can proceed with the shipping - for more information about this, please consult the shipping methods page.

In any case, we ask you to write in the reason for payment the reference of the order to which the payment is going to be made.

If you make a return, the refund will be made within 20 working days of the arrival of the package at our store. When we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to the address indicated during the registration of the account.
During the return procedure you can choose your preferred method of refund among a voucher in SupremeSpain.com or a cash refund.
If you choose a coup-on refund, it will be generated by one of our operators and will be valid for 3 months. The coup-on can be used to make a purchase at Supreme Spain.
If you choose to receive a cash refund, this can be done by paypal or by bank transfer.
In order to obtain the refund by bank transfer, we need the following information:
  • Name of the account holder
  • IBAN: You can find the IBAN code on your account balance or you can request it directly to your bank.
  • BIC/SWIFT: the BIC/swift code is used in international payments to identify your bank. It can consist of 8 or 11 alphanumeric characters.
Within these 3 data, we have everything we need to make a refund on your bank account. If one of these details is incorrect, the refund may not be successful.
When can I request a refund?
You can request a refund within 15 days of the date of receipt of the package, indicating the reference of the order and the items for which you want the refund, plus a written explanation. The latter is necessary to understand how to act accordingly, because if the reason for the return is attributable to our fault, the costs of the total return will be borne by Supreme Spain, while, if the reason is attributable to a personal choice of the customer, the company will retain a total of 4.00 € to cover the various commission costs.
